• Sponsor inquiry: business name, contact name, email, phone, and a free-text description of how you would like to support the program.

We also process limited technical and usage data through cookies, as described in the Cookie Policy below.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you submit a form, and on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) in order to assess and respond to your application or inquiry. For students who are minors, the legal basis is the consent given by their parent or legal guardian (see “Minors and Parental Consent” below).

Purposes of processing

• Administering the program, including reviewing and responding to applications;
• Communicating with applicants, participants, and their parents or guardians;
• Coordinating mentors, guest speakers, and sponsors; and
• Operating, maintaining, and improving the Website.

Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above — generally for the duration of the relevant application process and program — and thereafter only for any period required to comply with our legal obligations.
